“Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.”

“The bed in the room we stayed in had a very pilly mattress so you could feel the little balls in the mattress and the bed was a bit rickeddy and probably needed to be replaced. The headboard had some pieces of wood sticking up. The ceiling fan clearly hadn't been dusted in quite some time and there were drink rings still in the windowsill. “Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.”
