“Very comfortable room and clean room.”

“Breakfast is plentiful and adequate, if basic. Room had all the amenities I could ask for, was clean and quiet. Staff were very nice. Good place to stay when passing through Fargo/ Moorhead.”

“The staff was very friendly and took an interest in what you were saying. Answered needs right away and made it feel more at home than at a motel. ”

“The night staff that checked us in were pleasant. But after that the service was terrible, front desk in the morning belittled us. The room had an odour that wouldn’t go away. The tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t switch rooms. There was black gunk that ran out of the tap. No hospitality. ”

“We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday”

“Very nice stay. The front desk agent was so kind and helpful, the hot tubs were great. Room was clean and the breakfast attendant was the nicest lady! Excellent staff!”

“Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”
