All'arrivo, in questo splendido albergo, si riceve la  sgradevole  richiesta di un deposito cauzionale. Avranno avuto clienti che hanno sottratto o perso asciugamani e oggetti nelle stanze. Stupenda posizione sul mare, stanze spaziose e pulite, ristorazione di gran livello, reception e servizi bar impeccabili. Maggioranza di clientela tedesca che consuma superalcolici ad ogni ora. Incomprensibile la presenza  di molte coppie con bambini piccoli, che rischiano di ammalarsi in questa isola ventosa.

Evitatelo o almeno evitate il ristorante
Parcheggio scomodo, costringe a salire una discesa ripida con le valigie. Camera con vasca e doccia montata dentro, impossibile sedersi sul wc perché si sbatte il ginocchio. TV impossibile da guardare dal letto. Non insonorizzate, si sentono bambini a tutte le ore. Ristorante tremendo. Mancano le basiche condizioni igieniche e quelle del covid. Nessun controllo a colazione, mascherine abbassate, personale inesistente. Cibo di pessima qualità. A cena i camerieri ci hanno servito una sola volta su 3 sere, costringendoci ad andare a comprare il bere fuori. Qualità sotto zero, ancora una volta nessuno ha voglia di lavorare o far rispettare le regole. Bambini che toccano il buffet con le mani appena messe in bocca e per terra. I clienti dovevano chiedere ad altri clienti di indossare la mascherina perché il personale non lo faceva. Giudizio lasciato dopo una vacanza sulle isole di 30 giorni, con 10 hotel visitati, da una coppia di albergatori italiani. Tra l'altro il prezzo del loro sito era più del doppio di quello su Expedia e sugli altri portali, sintomo di totale non curanza sotto ogni aspetto.

Considerando che è una struttura per bambini,i bambini non sono presi in considerazione.Nessuna piscina è riparata dal vento perciò impraticabili,basterebbero delle semplici protezioni in vetro o altro.Per ripararsi dal vento bisogna andare nella spiaggia pubblica a pagamento. Se non hai l’auto sei “prigioniero “ dell’albergo.

Grundsätzlich I.O. ABER: All inclusive ist aus meiner Sicht die falsche Bezeichnung. Mal abgesehen von Wasser wird jedes Getränk nur durch eine Bedienung herausgegeben (Betonung liegt auf „eine“). Dadurch bilden sich sehr lange Schlangen und man wartet gerne mal 15 Minuten auf seine Cola oder Bier. Das geht anderswo deutlich besser…!

Die Umgebung in Costa Calma ist sehr schön, Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Besonders begeistert war ich über die Auswahl beim Abendessen. Ein Nachteil ist höchstens, dass der Flughafen so weit entfernt ist; Taxi geht da ins Geld.

Surpassed expectations.
We had a great all inclusive stay at Tindaya. Service was excellent, staff very keen to assist us with our daughter who became poorly whilst away and make sure we were comfortable. We felt well cared for, food was good quality and lots of choice- same for drinks, stunning setting, a great place to stay.

We stayed AI Privilege which was definitely a highlight. Having access to the privilege facilities was definitely worth the extra money. The room was spotless and the food was delicious. Would definitely re book.

The location next to the beach with direct access from the hotel was incredible. Rooms were really well appointed for families (we were in a junior suite and had plenty of space). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was not amazing, despite having privilege access to the a la carte restaurants we were not impressed, which is a shame for such an otherwise amazing hotel.

Bra hotel med mycket trevlig strand!
Ett hotell som är generellt bra. Som många hotell på Fuerteventura smakar det 90-tal, så även här. Dock är det hyggligt underhållet kontra en del andra. Finns lite aktiviteter som sadel, boule, volley etc. Bästa är hotellläget med sin öppenhet och inte en intryckt i en bakgård samt stranden!! Maten är "bra".

Great hotel with excellent swimming pools for the kids. Kids club was very poor with only one person looking after sometimes 10-11 children. Food was a bit repetitive and not much of an option for children. Beach is amazing and the kids loved it. Rooms are nice and kept clean however the A/C in our room wasn’t great and was a struggle to get to sleep at night as too hot. Reported the problem but they said it was ok. Overall we enjoyed the stay but would probably give the hotel a 8 out of 10. Things to improve on.

Really loved our 5 night stay here. We had the privilege booking and had access to extra amenities. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Kids loved it with all the pools and splash park along with the kids club. The spa was lovely, and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff were mainly friendly, except a few members of staff- who I think were tired/over worked. Only down side would be the buffet doesn’t have a huge range of food- however I didn’t go hungry and had access to both à la carte restaurants. Would really recommend on the whole.

very comfortable hotel, fully equipped. The staff are attentive and helpful. It is child-safe and quiet at night. The swimming pools are plenty, beautiful, clean and well cared for. The range of food is great. Only minus in it is the time when the food is available. For example, between 3 pm and 7 pm there is no food available for small children (babies and toddlers), which is inconvenient for these families. Our 3 year old daughter couldn't bear to stay up so late that we could go to the restaurant with her. That's a shame. Furthermore, our stay was very nice!

Super Hotel mit allem drum und dran!
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, es hat mehrere Pools und sorgt daher gut für Abwechslung. Es gab Abendshows, Aquafit mit toller Musik, Minigolf etc. Die Liegen durfte man nicht reservieren was grösstenteils auch eingehalten wurde (meiner Meinung nach optimal da auch Nachmittags noch Liegen am Pool frei waren). Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, immer frisch und originell dekoriert. Das Personal stehts freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Das Oasis Wildlife ist auch in der Nähe und am Strand weiter nördlich kann man zu fuss eine tolle Strandbar mit ebenfalls leckerem Essen besuchen. Die Atmosphäre war stehts stimmig, der Ausblick aufs Meer vom Pool aus optimal. Das einzig Negative: im all you can eat Restaurant hatten wir meistens einen Tisch der wackelte. Komme gerne wieder.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage direkt am Strand. Es hat ein wenig Renovierbedarf, wenn ich mir beispielsweise die ramponierten Fliesen im Badezimmer anschaue, ist aber insgesamt in ordentlichem Zustand, gerade auch bei den Außenanlagen um die Pools herum. Das Angebot an Essen und Getränken ist besonders gut. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da.

L'hôtel est très propre, très bien placé. L'accès à la plage privé est très pratique. Personnel adorable. Par contre, l'eau des piscines est trop froide. Seule la première est soit disant chauffée (22° grand max). Du coup les piscines sont vides.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Anlage. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr gut. Die Essensauswahl war vorzüglich, sagte sogar meine (vegane) Begleiterin. Die Verwaltung ist manchmal etwas umständlich; z.B. ist es nicht mehr zeitgemäß, abends für jeden Drink einen Zettel unterschreiben zu müssen. Die Verkehrsanbindung per Bus oder Taxi klappte.

nothing special
the people working always seemed grumpy, breakfast was always over crowded unless you arrived at 7 am, pools and view from the pool were nice but feurteventura is pretty windy, our room was suppose to have a sunset view but only had a view of the mini golf course, parking was on the street or a dirt parking lot, the room was comfortable and clean, 10 min walk to costa calma town and beach, in the end nothing amazing and mothing very bad but would probably look for something else if i was to come back to the island

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel, it is extremely clean and well looked after. The room was comfortable. There was a wide variety of food at all meal times. The pool areas are fabulous and the views of the ocean are incredible. The only downside is the area, although there are beaches all around the hotel, the area is very quiet with not many bars or shops around. But a lovely stay

Staff were brilliant, food and drink were good, rooms and general areas were kept clean and maintained well. Covid management was very good.

Licht und Schatten.
Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt, Zimmer und Poolbereich entsprechen den Anforderungen an ein durchschnittliches 4Sterne Hotel. Leider sind die Zimmerflure recht hellhörig. Sobald eine Türe zuschlägt ist dies überall zu hören, an Schlaf nach 08:00 war nicht zu denken. Das Essen am Buffet ist leider unter den Erwartungen: zähes Fleisch und verkochtes Gemüse scheinen eine Spezialität der Küche zu sein. Das Personal im Barbereich und an der Poolbar war stets freundlich, größere Unterschiede gab es an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne große Ansprüche ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, für einen längeren Urlaub gibt es qualitativ hochwertigere Anlagen in gleicher Preisklasse.
