Hotel vicino a Fuji Beach - Kapaa

“They said check in was 4 no earlier which was fine but they were unorganized and didn’t get us checked in till after 4. By the time we got to the room, we got in and realized the toilet barely worked and the shower Drain was completely clogged. So the water didn’t drain properly and created a pool at your feet I booked a two bed room I was traveling with two other adults and they only had one bed in the room and refused to rectify it and fix their mistake. They then blamed it on Expedia and...

“For the price charged it barely makes it a 2”

“We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary. Everything was perfect. The room, the room service, the staff, the restaurant and the 3 min walk to the beach was stunning. We look forward to visiting again.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“This is not a safe and clean place”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺 We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

“There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...

“We got partial beach view room but paid for beach view room.”
