“十数年前に初めて利用させていただき、今回で3回目の宿泊となります。 食事は以前と変わらず大変満足できるクオリティでした。 一方で、宿泊した部屋は以前とあまり変わっておらず、やや古さを感じました。特にソファや浴室、洗面、ベッドにその印象がありました。また、キッチンの水道は勢いが強すぎて調整が難しく感じました。 とはいえ、環境や食事には満足しており、また利用したいと思えるホテルの一つです。”

“La dimensione della stanza era ben superiore alla media delle strutture giapponesi. C'è una sala comune al piano terra molto comoda per mangiare o anche solo svagarsi. Il terrazzo liberamente visitabile gode di un'ottima vista del monte Fuji. Le lavatrici a gettoni erano di qualità superiore all norma. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.”

“Very easy for check-in and out , staffs are very helpful. The room look a bit small but it is clean and tidy. Parking is great and very convience located. If you are not driving a car there is shuttle bus running to train station every hour. Onsen is good even it does take you walk around 8~10 min to another building. The breadfast room view was awesome! One side you can look at the Highland park , the other side will have a very nice view of Mt. Fuji (If the weather is clear)”

“2家族で行きましたが隣同士のキャビンで、バーベキューも楽しめて、宝探しゲームが難しく皆んなで協力したりして楽しめました。 でも3段ベットで上と中が寝返りごとにギシギシいってうるさく、マットが薄かったので身体が痛かったです。”

“Extremely friendly staff went above and beyond to help me and my partner. The room was clean and sleeping on a traditional futon was a fun experience. My partner and I never slept better! The traditional bath was nice as well. There’s shared toilets separated between male and female. The toilet room was always clean, smell good, and had a heated seat. “施設内は最近リニューアルしたのかなと思うくらい綺麗でした。チェックインが早かったので希望の時間に貸切風呂も予約がとれて、その間も近隣にご飯屋さんも多かったのでのんびり過ごせました。ただホテルに行く道がだいぶボコボコで雨水も溜まっていて通れる?と不安があったのでそれが補修されればいいなと思いました。朝の陽の光も綺麗で朝食もおいしくいただきました。”

“It was a pity we stayed for just one night, so we couldn't make use of all the services the structure offers. The location is great and the staff is very kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom are very nice and clean.”
