“It was a pity we stayed for just one night, so we couldn't make use of all the services the structure offers. The location is great and the staff is very kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom are very nice and clean.”

“Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und angenehmem Design. Man sollte jedoch über ein Auto verfügen, da die Lage etwas abgelegen ist. Bedauerlich fanden wir, dass der Weg zu unserem Chalet sowie die Terrasse nicht geräumt waren, obwohl es mehrere Tage keinen Neuschnee gegeben hatte. Ich erwarte eigentlich, dass die Wege gut zugänglich sind, so war es bei später Anreise eine Rutschpartie, vor allem mit Gepäck.”

“Wood floors in the hallways are beautiful but very noisy. We were on the first floor and constantly hear heavy walking on our floor and above at all hours. Many guests don’t honor the quiet hours. Around the bedside table was dirty and dusty should be cleaned regularly. It was nice to have a complementary breakfast but it needs more options. The bathroom was very tiny and awkward to even get in too. Staff ok, but not really friendly. ”

“I really wanted to enjoy my stay more than I did as the people who run it are lovely and the place itself looks wonderful. We stayed in one of the Bridge Rooms so the other ones may be ok, but it's slightly misleading as the photos of the bedroom for the Bridge ones must show one of the beds in the larger buildings. The problem is the bedrooms are just too small. You could walk past the bottom of the bed so if I needed to get up in the night, I had to climb over my wife! The sofas in the...

“La dimensione della stanza era ben superiore alla media delle strutture giapponesi. C'è una sala comune al piano terra molto comoda per mangiare o anche solo svagarsi. Il terrazzo liberamente visitabile gode di un'ottima vista del monte Fuji. Le lavatrici a gettoni erano di qualità superiore all norma. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.”

“全体的に明るくとても清潔感を感じました。到着した翌日が大雪でしたが、プレイルームで運動させる事が出来たし、オムツの種類も多かったので安心して滞在することができました。朝食、夕食共にBGMもあり落ち着いた雰囲気で料理を味わえました。是非また泊まりたいと思います。”
