“Japanese style hotel but not exactly a Ryokan. Friendly and welcoming staff. A little bit expensive. Needing update.”

“While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM. They surely showed me some paper that I signed at check in that says so, but they didn’t do their best to make sure I was aware of this...

“We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!”

“Great service, really nice room. Strong amenities.”

“I originally booked a no view room but I cancelled it for a lake view room and it was worth it. I also booked it without dinner or breakfast because I was unsure weather my parents would appreciate it, but it was still worth it even without the meals. I originally booked this inn because it offered onsen and a really comfortable transfer from the station to the hotel, saved us the trouble of walking around with the luggage. The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked...

“The kaiseki dinner in the private dining room was excellent and the hostess was a very kind. The breakfast was excellent too. But the hotel caters to large groups and children. The rooms have zero sound insulation so children running around or other upstairs guests moving furniture until midnight is very disruptive. Breakfast was served in the large group room , again with a lot of noisy children. While there were both women’s and men’s sides onsens (baths), the quality are not at all similar....

“Good room, nice 1/2 tub. One small pillow and one half a small pillow on bed. Asked for more, no issue. Cubicle style bathroom, large step up to enter it, did smell musty. Way out from downtown , like 25 mins to train station.”

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. ”
