“The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. ”

“I read the previous reviews and was a little concerned but was so happy we stayed here! The hotel was clean! Not sure why others mentioned that as a concern. Staff was so so nice!! Convenient location and the breakfast was yummy!! Highly recommend - excellent value! ”

“Fantastisk sted, spotless og god service. Anbefaler rom mot banen hvis du er glad i bil. Eneste vi kan sette fingeren på er at den japanske restauranten var ganske dyr og ikke helt etter vår smak. Men det virket å være bra mat for de som liker godt det som står på menyen. Hvis jeg drar tilbake til Fuji er dette hotellet jeg kommer tilbake til.”

“The experience at Fufu is top notch. The quality and service by the staffs, facility, and dining are all 5 star level. The rooms are suite style with private onsen, offering a fabulous view of Mount Fuji when cloud didn't cover the mountain. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and Michelin star level, in the restaurant which also has a view of Mount Fuji. We're very happy to have chosen to stay in Fufu and didn't want to leave.”

“We were running late to check in, so I called the hotel. The staff didn’t understand English very well, yet he understood that we were running late and even stayed late so that we could check in. I really appreciated that. ”

“Ein schönes kleines Hotel, dass noch etwas traditioneller ist als viele Großstadt-Hotels. Der private Onsen und auch der allgemeine Onsen sind klasse! Wenn sie Ruhe und einen Onsen benötigen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Leider war das Zimmer etwas älter, die Abflüsse rochen etwas unangenehm und die Lage ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut. Mit viel Gepäck sollten sie sich eine Buchung gut überlegen, da es höher liegt als die Bahnstation und man mindestens 25min laufen...
