“The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The room is unusually large for the perfectly located hotel.”

“The rooms were dated and the furniture and drapes were worn and in need of replacement. There was a crack in the bathroom sink filled with silicon and the hot water fluctuated from cold to hot during a shower. The extra charge to use the spa and pool (2200 yen) was disappointing given the price of the room and should have been complimentary for guests. The dining facilities were very good inclusive of the dinner buffet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location next to the beach...

“Amazing hotel that we come back every time visiting Hakata. The staffs are extremely helpful. Breakfast -- amazing! The location is in the middle of the city that you have a lot walkable place to visit. You will never see this hotel being crowded or messy, that is very hard to maintain in such a busy area. Will definitely come back again and again!”

“喜歡這間酒店非常乾淨，而且非常方便從地鐵行隧道就到酒店，不用擔心下雨或太陽，服務態度非常好，只是覺得床褥比較too soft一點，可以改善床褥比較挺身或硬一點就更加好，可能酒店有一段時間，所以床褥方便可以換上新的比較好，因為酒店都是中上價錢，希望能夠有所改善.”

“i love the fact that the hotel provides a machine for us to vacuum our clothes to make our packing much easier and also giving us more space in the luggage. there are coffee, wine, sake, pop corns, chips and udon served nightly at level 5 garden for guests. what a treat! the hotel is so well located next to the bus station and airport transfer so we can take airport transfer easily from international airport directly without the fuss. taxi is also easily available for morning flights for those...
