Siamo arrivati alle 4 di mattina per mega ritardo del volo… scambiando messaggi con l’albergo abbiamo avuto istruzioni precise per accedere comunque alla nostra camera… abbiamo trovato il divano letto da aprire e rifare, e alle 4 di mattina è stato spiacevole! Per il resto niente male. Buona location. All’aereoporto di Stansted per avere un taxi c’era da aspettare 2 ore...
“better than I expected. I asked for the shuttle at 4 am and it was very precise. The only thins is the price, on the site it says 4,50 pounds each one, on the phone 8 pounds for two and when the guy arrived he said it was 12 pounds for two... anyway it was the best option, 10 min from the airport, the left us at Radisson blue hotel and from there it's 3 min walking through the airport til the departures. I would suggest this structure.”

Però un signore in macchina vi ha accompagnati all'albergo! Tutto il bene di questo mondo a questo signore. Poi il colmo erano le ore 20 e loro non davano più la cena. Insomma siamo andati a letto on un tè e biscotti. Comunque poi alla fin tutto bene. Albergo un po lontano da Stansted.”

“Did a late booking for a business trip. Great service by staff who contacted me and explained the self check in process as I arrived in the late evening. Accommodated a late change I made and were very helpful. Beautifully renovated property with lots of parking, spacious room with good amenities and comfy bed and bedding. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Highly recommended for business or pleasure!!!”
“Spent 2 nights at The Cricketers, had a lovely stay, our room was in The Pavilion annex, spacious room, lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean, comfy bed.
We ate both evenings at the pub, the food was wonderful and very tasty. Breakfast was great, with a very good choice. The lady doing the breakfast service was brilliant, so efficient and friendly.
Staff were very good, polite and helpful.

“Very nice and cosy. It has been a pleasure staying at this B&B. It's easy reachable from the train station of Royston, by foot. The bedroom was very comfortable. Although the bathromm was not private, it was cleaned and close to the bedroom, with all the utilities. It's perfect for couples or also singles.”

"Struttura eccezionale. Camere molto belle ben dotate e pulite. Colazione molto fornita. Unico punto negativo è la mancanza di un parcheggio della struttura o convenzionato con essa. Si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria ma il costo è assolutamente sproporzionato. "
"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt.
Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
