Newly renovated, Fully Furnished, in a Quiet and Safe Neighborhood, yet only a few minutes walk to Downtown Fullerton, .3 mile from Fullerton College, 2.3 miles from Cal State Fullerton, 2.4 miles from hospital. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Fullerton. Close to 91 fwy, 57 fwy. Only 10 minutes from Disneyland and other amusement parks, 45 minutes from LA and only 40 minutes away from all the local beaches. Fantastic Location!

Convenient location and a nice, clean home with great amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We drove to Disneyland 2 days and LA the other 2 - both were not too far of a drive. This was the last stop on a 2-week vacation for our family of 4 - dressers or even hanging closet organizers in each of the bedrooms would have been nice to put our clothing in. But it didn't deter from the experience enough to alter our experience or rating (some people prefer to just live out of the suitcase I know - preferences differ). Would absolutely recommend this home to others.

Martin and Tamara were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to our needs or concerns, the house was very clean and they stopped to introduce themselves to my wife and me. They made sure the trash was brought to the street and reminded me not to park on the street one day of the week due to ticketing for street cleaning. I commented to Martin that we would absolutely return to this property when we return to SoCal and will recommend it to our friends if they are looking for a family location.

Peaceful Week Stay During Show at Anaheim Convention Center

Great house with a wonderful kitchen and comfortable living space. 10-15 min. to Anaheim Convention Center via car. 10 min. walk to downtown Fullerton - much nicer bars and restaurants without the convention center/Disney crowds.

Perfect place for Disney visitors

Before we stayed in this cute little house, we notified the owner of a severe nut allergy one of our kids has. The owner assured us the house would be extra clean, and it was! No nut items anywhere to be found. The bathrooms were super cute and were able to accommodate all 5 of us easily. The house was super cozy and quaint and just a 10 minute drive to Disney in the morning. Thank you for the extra effort!

Family visit

This house is in a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. It is located near dining and shopping making it a very convenient location. The house itself is on a nice sized well maintained lot with a fenced in back yard. The house was clean and well supplied. The one downside was lack of storage for clothing and toiletries. Also the use of too many air fresheners was somewhat overwhelming.

Clean, modern and great neighborhood

Martin’s place was a great choice for us. Great kitchen, bathrooms, nice neighborhood walkable distance to parks and downtown, and very clean. It could use some more board games/puzzles for the kids and softer lighting but after talking to Martin, he is already working on some of that. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Adult Family Holiday

Our adult family of six shared the lovely home. Large open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The space was bright, clean and had all the modern conveniences, including coffee. It was located in a safe neighborhood and had parking for our three vehicles. The showers were amazing. We needed our Host Martin a couple of times to which he immediately responded through the messaging on VRBO. We requested some extra sheets which he promptly hand delivered to us. Another evening we locked ourselves out by accident and he responded immediately by phone and guided us back into the home. He was just very kind and helpful, we would definitely stay there again.

Welcoming home
