“AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. ”

“Hasta el día de hoy no me ha enviado el depósito y ya verifiqué con el banco y me comuniqué con el hotel y como no hablo inglés, no me solucionan . Muy groseros, mala atención y las instalaciones muy malas . Es personas asiáticas muy mal educados. Se robaron el depósito de 100 dólares no me los quieres regresar ”

“Overall, Visit was great besides the fact that my wristbands wouldn’t always scan, but the staff was great about making accommodations. One thing I can’t say is every single vending machine was empty so when you wake up thirsty and you wanna go to the vending machine, it wasn’t available, but I must say they still made accommodations and open the gift shop so I could purchase something to drink so even though it wasn’t available, they made it happen ”

“The pool was VERY small, the workout room was adequate, however, the room was very spacious. I'm the type of person who can't stand things all over the place - which makes it difficult when we travel as a family and there are suitcases and clothes all over the place. But this room provided a lot of space. Also, I loved the full size refrigerator. I would stay here again when traveling with my family - so we're not constantly bumping into each other or having to move luggages to walk around the...
