“Average stay, the bedding was from the 80's 90's”

“Unfortunately, the mattresses in room 236 are the worst we've ever slept on. We woke up with neck, back, and hip pain because they are as hard as a rock and have a lump in the middle of the bed. This might be specific to this room, but the location is convenient if you're staying there as a student at USC Fullerton. The place could improve by adding EV charging stations and replacing the old mattresses. ”

“AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. ”
