“As for the breakfast I didn’t try it due to sleeping in a little longer than expected each day, but the AC was great and our experience for the first time here was amazing. Much better than expected. Well actually the only little issue was with the Starbucks folks but oh well. ”

“Went to the front desk to let them know my luggage will be coming anytime since the airline forgot it at our last destination. The staff was so empathetic and kind enough to ask if we needed any toiletries and if we needed any help. I wished I got her name. They also called me right away when my luggage arrived later that day. We will be checking in to this hotel when ever we visit socal.”

“Really easy to book through Expedia. The hotel was the best night's sleep. I'd had in a long time. Fair Field Inn is a great place to stay.”

“The room tends to be cleaned. The staff is nice, the laundry facility is okay, and it is close to several restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. ”

“Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....

“Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. ”

“AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. ”

“Friendly staff, great customer service from my experience. However, the room we were originally put in REAKED of cigarette smoke and accompanied with several cigarette burns in the blankets and night stand. As well as a nice spider web with a big ole spider along the top of the door and hinges. I immediately went to the front desk to switch rooms. They did so there on the spot(where the good customer service comes in). The 2nd and final room was better(in a way)- free of cigarette smoke and...
