“So beautiful and clean hotel”

“The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby...

“Location was great for a trip to both Disneyland and Knotts berry farm. Room had a musty smell, but overall was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“Overall room was clean and bed really comfortable. However, need to check on the shower head. It was difficult to make the pressure of the water stronger.”

“Took a shower, open one of the large towel and found 5~6 long hair were attached and not removed when folding towels after laundry.”

“This hotel is next to a venue that hosts parties and our room was sharing the side of the venue. We did have very loud music until cutoff at midnight. We also requested one additional towel because our room came with 3 not four, and that took about 1.5 hour to get service.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

“Don't stay here. No wash cloth, no coffee pot. They advertise continental breakfast NOPE. The hot tub as they call it a small pool. Cockroaches, hard bed, soiled sheets.”
