“I booked two consecutive nights both in different rooms. Second morning I woke up to a huge roach that looked now dead like it exploded with its babies, and sink was clogged. Disappointed for a Marriott property. I’ve stood 1/4 of a mile directly down street at a Hilton and was definitely do that again. Staff was super polite at Marriott.”

“I booked a room with a roll-in shower. When I got to the hotel I double checked TWICE with staff to ensure it was the correct room type. The girl looked at me like I was dumb and said yes and charged my card. It was NOT the correct room. This began a 4+ hour long inconvenience. I go tell them they gave me the wrong room and the correct one is needed because that is what I paid for and they proceed to ask why I need the roll-in shower. They tell me there is not rooms available and proceed to as...

“Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....

“Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. ”
