“Nice stay!”

“When we first arrived, I was greeted by Jaydee. She helped me check in and was very courteous. The hotel lobby was nice and has a Starbucks and restaurant. We got to the room, it was not the one I had reserved. I went back to the front desk and Jaydee assisted me with a new room. Our new room was on the backside of the hotel however, there were only stairs and the elevator is way on the other side. I talked to one of the housekeepers and she told me the elevator was only located in the middle....

“Parking was easy, the carpet in the room was dirty and had sime dirt stains, the computer system was down when checking in so we had to leave cash for the deposit. The hotel is old and it's individually owned and it is registered under an LLC that partnered up with Travelodge in order to use their name. I dont think i would stay there again.”

“Camera grande e comoda con frigo e microonde.Personale molto gentile e buona colazione con waffel,cereali,muffins,caffé americano e succhi.Niente di salato ma può andar bene”

“Partenza negativa… molto, stanza sporca (gocce sul tavolo, cucinino sporco, lenzuola macchiate). Per il resto è stato un bel soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta per la tranquillità. Per arrivare a LA ci si mette un po’, ma si sa, il traffico è quel che è. Comunque, avvisata la reception del problema pulizia, alla fine abbiamo risolto… mi resta il dubbio se la lavanderia funziona, ora che siamo partiti… ”

“I’ve seen baby roach in the bathroom remote tv doesn’t work have to do it manually in the tv , only one large towel was given to you no wash cloths shower curtain is falling apart”

“Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. ”

“Very bad rooms smells ”

“This hotel offers a great location easy to get around one bus straight to Disneyland about 25 minute bus ride. Food choices in walking distance. The pool was nice, but the hot tub jets didn’t seem to work well. The building is old. It shows its age as do the rooms. It was surprisingly quiet, which was great. Beds were comfortable. But overall as an older building it was a great place to stay and the staff was really wonderful. At the price point it really is a five star, if you’re looking for...

“Very coventient”

“Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...
