“We stayed two nights because of the close proximity to Knott’s Berry Farm. Check in was quick and the hotel staff were all friendly. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and splash pad area on our last day. We will definitely be returning!”

“LIES!! The Sign says "new rooms", nope!! We booked 2 rooms stayed in 310 & 311. Carpet and tile floors were dirty. Walls had smear stains. Bathroom had mold in the shower and behind the door with rusty hinges. The hairdryer was melted/stained. I did complain and was offered to be moved. I declined because I knew the other rooms would be the same, and we wanted to be next to our family. Occupancy for the room is 4, yet only 2 washcloths were provided. I asked for more, and was given bath towels...

“There are many issues - bottom line - room was marked as non smoking but there was clearly smoke smell. I got allergies due to this.”

“The rooms were not ready. One wasn't ready until after 4 pm, and one after 5 pm. After driving 9 hours it was highly irritating. The room tables were not cleaned, the toilet would not flush, bags were covering the smoke alarms, vent cover hanging down in bathroom, microwave had exposed metal with paint coming off, and had evidence of recent fire inside of it. Drawers were missing handles, carpet was smelly, comforters had burn holes in them. It was very noisy, people slamming doors and yelling...

“The room was big and clean with a nice closet with hangers, complete with an iron and board. There was a splendid kitchenette, but no pots nor pans to do any stove-top cooking! The frig was big and clean and had ice trays, but there was also an ice machine on site so I didn't need them.
