The property was spacious and very suited to our needs for the month. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and very accessible for walking. Only two of the bedrooms have proper closets, so a luggage stand would be helpful in the other two rooms. We stayed a month and had more luggage average guests, so it might not be an issue for others not utilizing every bedroom as we were. Kitchen was minimally stocked but passable; if you are cooking meals and eating at home for more than five people it will seem sparse. We were there over the holidays and had to supplement some needed kichenware/servingware to serve a holiday meal. Overall the home was clean, there had been a pet in the home before our stay as we found small white dog hairs around the bottom of furniture missed on an initial clean, as well as a couple other areas overlooked by cleaners. The beds and pillows were comfortable, all rooms could be darkened for sleep. We made very good use of the in-kitchen breakfast area and dining table for meals and workspaces needed for our family, as we worked from home. Our kids enjoyed playing ping pong, foosball and basketball in the garage. The pool was really too cold to swim in during December as it isn't heated. We did enjoy the backyard patio area. Having a broom, quickmop, and a stronger vacuum for guest use would be helpful, as we don't wear shoes in the house, and like to keep very clean floors. Hosts very quick to answer questions, which was very helpful. Would stay again.
