“Myroom that was booked was not cleaned when I arrived at 5pm. The staff did find me another room. That room was clean, but had an oder due to whatever they use to clean. The room provided a desk but no chair. The internet was not working in my room, but they have a very comfortable lobby area that I was able to get my work done in. The staff tried to help me and where very polite. ”

“Our check was easy with the front desk staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. As we like to stay in Syracuse the night before flying out for an early morning flight, we will definitely be staying here again. ”
