“This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport.”

“The room was nice! Comfy and safe. The check in time was at 4pm and there were no rooms available due to still being cleaned. They had a lot of us out in the lobby waiting and the staff acted really confused. Overall, the room was nice!”

“I would not highly recommend it the fact that they don't have your room ready on time when you get there the communication for rooms is horrible and not only that when they say there is a refrigerator or microwave in the room wasnt available and the tendant said none none of the rooms have them”

“I had an issue with the AC that was not resolved and my room was so hot, that had to sleep with the windows open. I raised the issue three times and was told twice that a technician would come. The third time, I was told that there was no AC, and all they could provide was a fan. As a seperate problem, it was not clear that you had to request a room clean, and when I finally asked on my third day all they did was empty the trash and provide a couple new towels. “I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!”

We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! Didn’t enjoy this property that’s why we never go back now we have our new fave not far from this place “Hitel Indigo” waterfront Vancouver Wa..this...
