I got my car broken into sadly within a 3 hour period of street parking, however the staff extended our stay, vacuumed the glass in our car out and gave us drink tickets for the inconvenience. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean with a nice walk-in shower. Overall, the room felt on the higher-end. The bad: The entire area is heavily visited by unhoused individuals. We parked the car in front of the hotel just steps away from somebody passed out in the grass.
