“Bed was very uncomfortable. There was rust in the bathtub. The bathroom was set up quite well for accessibility. Why is a handicap room on the 2nd floor? How do we get out if there is a fire or elevator goes out. Room anf facility was clean.”

“The room is perfect. I called when I was on the way because I was running late and they were ready for me when I got here and I got right upstairs very friendly very efficient.”
