“This LaQuinta was a disappointment. There was no hair dryer in the room & no hot water. Breakfast was also disappointing. Coffee pot in the room was disgusting. At breakfast there was No staff visible. Dirty counters & tables. No fresh fruit. No yogurt—very limited breakfast.”

“They canceled my room because I was very late, the worker working was new instead of reimbursing me he made me pay for another room. The next morning I talked to a different worker and he made it right.”

The toilet fixtures have rusty, the coffee maker was very dirty and not usable, the fitness center AC was off and locked, from 4 tools in fitness center, 3 of them were broken and one worked partially. The breakfast room was humid without a window. The receptionist did not explain the breakfast time. They expected...
