“Breakfast was good ”

“Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors ”

“Rundown Hotel. In need of major repairs and remodel. The pool heater does not work. The bathroom has multiple holes in the wall. Town racks are pulled out of the wall. The bathroom door handle was broken and hanging. One and a half stars at best..”

“This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. “Clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to rest. Freeway noise loud in room. Door weathed strip missing and allowed noise into room. ”

“Everything was so clean and it smells so wonderful when you walk through the door. The breakfast was outstanding as well, very well maintained in delicious food.”

“It worked for a 1 night stay. A/c never got really cold and commode was stopped up when we got there and took an hour and 2 phone calls to get a plunger to fix it myself. Room was fine but nothing special. Bed was comfortable though.”

“The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! ”

Every fabric in our room had visible staining on it (the couch, the chair, the stools), the pull out couch mattress was disgusting, multiple stains (pretty sure one of them was blood).
