“Very clean, had a large bathroom, nice staff”

“We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

“I had to add a third night and was told by front desk rate would be $143. Actual charge was $299. Upon checkout desk clerk was unable to help me as there was no manager on duty. Very frustrating.”

“Extremely noisy. You could see through the door of the room to the hallway. I have never seen a hotel room with so little furniture — bed and a chair. Unpleasant staff trying to check me in under someone else’s reservation as she looked at my license. When asking a question the staff member acted like it was a bother. Worst hotel stay ever.”

“I just expected better. The building & grounds were well maintained. The room was clean, however, the tub was too stained to consider using it. The toilet was extremely short and there were no accessibility bars. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The muffins were frozen, there was no butter for toast, and the floor was sticky in multiple places. There didn’t appear to be any staff available to restock. With the number of guests, it would help to have two waffle makers.”

“Room temperature was erratic. Bed very uncomfortable. No body soap in shower — completely empty.”

“The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

“The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day.”

“Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or...

“Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive.”

“It is an older property, but clean and friendly staff. We had no issues for our stay.”

“Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Staff didn't listen to complaints. Bed not comfy.”
