Hotel vicino a Ralston Arena - Omaha

“Springs were broken on one of the beds in our room, mold and leftover hairs in the bathroom, guests above us were extremely loud, could not enjoy the pool area because there was a large group of young girls hogging the entire pool screaming at the top of their lungs and splashing an insane amount of water all over the place that got my shoes soaked, breakfast was not good, the coffee was absolutely disgusting. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing birthday weekend and it was absolutely trash....

“Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. ”

“Bed was comfortable. No coffee at breakfast. ”

“There were sugar ants near the coffee maker. One of the pillow had blood stains. ”

“It was so noisy we didn't get any sleep. Tried to work with the staff, they weren't helpful. ”

“Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended.”

“If I could rate lower I probably would - carpet stains, what appeared to be urine stains, no toilet paper or shampoo in room, no hot water in shower, and appeared to be a clogged drain. Pool closed, weight room closed, laundry amenities not working. French fries for breakfast. Front desk staff was nice, dealing with an unfortunate situation where they are set up to fail. 0/10 do not recommend. ”
