“I believe this hotel was a gem back in the day. It appeared run down, especially the exterior pool area. Second floor ice machine didn’t work, spa jets worked on and off, and out of service public restrooms. ”

“This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was filthy and smelled terrible. The walls were covered in dirt, shoeprints, handprints footprints and what looked like bodily fluids. The beds were dirty with a bunch of hair and crumbs on them. The refrigerator smelled like someone stored stool samples in it. The furniture all appeared to have “happy” stains all over them. It was so disgusting, I didn’t even stay through the night I decided I would rather drive back home then...

“Fully worth its cost. Breakfast was great compared for hotel breakfast. The best part was that they do daily housekeeping. It was so good to return to a clean and refreshed room.”

“The story with this property is : location location location. On one side is old Sacramento think tourism for railroad fans and on the other side David j Stern Arena. Basketball fans, shopping and dining. All right there. The hotel itself is upgrading as I type this report. My room 224 had a new comfy king size bed and remodeled. Keep that in mind ( hotel is in renovation mode) The pool and hot tub in excellent condition”

“The hotel bar was great. Good vibes and a pretty atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The only caviat was the darkening curtains did not close all the way so we were blinded by the sun as soon as it rose. I was planning on sleeping in on my Mother’s Day away and that unfortunately didn’t happen so that was disappointing. ”

“Clean hotel. Staff were excellent. This issue is the parking situation which is not ideal.”

“Clean, very nice amenities, but our room facing the front and near the highway was fairly noisy from traffic. Also, parked on street across from park was a bit nerve testing after hearing a drugged out girl yelling near our building late at night.”
