“We have stayed at the Hotel Arista before and enjoy it. It is a solid hotel, in a safe and easily accessible area. The beds are not what you would expect from this level of a hotel, but they don't deter us from staying there. We will definitely return.”

“Great location for a stay after a show at the Arcada Theatre. Near the main strip of shops and restaurants. A/C worked great. Clean comfy room with cable TV. POOL and weight room used for storage. They allow smoking and dogs here so MAKE SURE you get a non smoking..non-pet friendly room”

“The rooms were moldy and everything smelled like smoke. We would’ve changed hotels, but we’ve been traveling all day and we were so exhausted. When we woke up in the morning, we left right away. We didn’t even want to chance the “breakfast“”

“This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.”
