Soggiornando in questo hotel abbiamo scoperto, finalmente, le Maldive da cartolina, quelle che in fondo tutti sogniamo di vivere almeno una volta nella vita, posto che arrivavamo da un soggiorno presso l'isola di Maafushi; soggiorno che, sinceramente, non è stato all'altezza del " blasone " della meta, appunto le Maldive e questo per tanti motivi compresa la sporcizia generale dell'isola. Il resort è molto bello, il servizio è ottimo e tutti i prezzi sono adeguati al suddetto. Se c'è un appunto da fare riguarda il costo del buffet serale che mi sembra, un pochino esagerato ( 90 dollari americani più tasse e servizio ). Per il resto godetevi tranquillamente il resort. Un'ultima cosa la vicinanza del resort all'aeroporto a noi non ha disturbato.

Nice hotel but with some problems
we stayed there 3 days in a "normal" room and 3 days in a overwater room. almost everything in the hotel was very nice. But we met 2 problems: - the food from the minibar was without price (we discovered that each small thing we got from minibar was priced between 9 and 18 dollars) - they wanted to make us pay also 2 things that surely we didn't take... very strange situation that you pay a lot of money to stay there and they insist to have some more dollars! at the end, I told them something like "ok, we pay for those things but we'll give you a bad reviews in internet". So they told us "ok, don't pay them". but here is our review!

struttura di ottimo livello con qualche neo
la struttura è molto curata in tutte le sue parti, sia nei giardini che nelle varie aree comuni e nei ristoranti. il personale cortese e disponibile. la bellezza del mare delle maldive non ha bisogno di presentazioni ma purtroppo nel lato dell'isola più bello entrare in acqua aveva qualche difficoltà a causa di diversi residui di corallo sul fondo della prima fascia di mare. sarebbero bastate delle scarpe di gomma ma non avendole si entrava e usciva saltellando. l'isola è lunga e stretta per cui ci si muove con le golf cars elettriche e se si è lontani come lo eravamo noi non è molto comodo. ristoranti cari e di qualità mediocre

pura vida
un resort di ottima qualità e molto ben rifinito, sopratutto la zona bar che consentiva di godere di aperitivi favolosi; la nostra camera molto grande e confortevole, con vista sul mare. Ottima la colazione, per varietà e qualità. il personale molto gentile e disponibile. unico neo, se così si può dire, la lontananza dalla barriera corallina (vengono organizzate delle gite ma a pagamento) che penalizzano un pò chi desidera fare snorkling ed i prezzi dei ristoranti, a volte davvero esagerati in relazione alla qualità del cibo. Spiagge molto ampie e per nulla affollate, mare cristallino. in definitiva un resort ottimo che consiglierei senza alcun dubbio!

All went smooth and as planned, staff are really good and friendly and we’re taking good care of us, just the checkout procedures weren’t that good as the planning was weak in this part, however it was rectified but not in spot. Thank you for a nice stay we spent 😊

The food was very good with an equally good diversity of styles. The staff were ultra friendly and polite. The service was a bit laid back but after two days relaxing there we didn't notice it. The only disappointment (not the Resorts fault) was the very poor quality of the coral, even on the safari we went on. Resulting in below average snorkeling.

Great place to travel with kids. I wish I would have snorkeled. Could not find a proper time to go snorkeling because they only have certain times, and I was not aware you could private snorkeling so missed out on this opportunity. They also cancelled my tour of the dolphins without informing me and I was leaving the next day so was left without doing many water activities. The places is great and a wonderful place for kids but they need to do better with the organization of events. It also rained for the Christmas dinner and there was no plan b. They took us to the breakfast area and the live band left. We paid $255 per person. The next day there was a barbecue on another island and there were not enough umbrellas. Everyone was cooked.

Very nice place to relax. Near the airport. The best decision is to take villa on the first line of the ocean. Villa has pool and two bicycles included. Alcohol is 89 US dollars per bottle of vine, but we have to understand it - Maldives are Muslim country. And our manager Ayana was very helpful and solves all the questions, we had. Our room was nice, we had the overwater bungalow. It would have been nice if umbrellas were provided for the decks as the decks got quite hot during the day. All-inclusive did not mean all inclusive. We were prevented from having certain drinks that should have been included in our package. My mother is diabetic and was denied snacks between meals, we were told we would have to pay extra. They tried to kick us out of our room before check out time because of the “boat schedule.” With all the money this resort makes, they should be able to afford their own tender boats to transfer guests. Bicycles are only available to some guests.

Horrible scam management. Paid $1,200 a night (all inclusive). Booked first night and then decided I could not get a direct flight so booked second night ( two different reservations but booked exact same room.) Hotel forced that I check out of my room at noon and then recheck into my room at 3 pm leaving me to sit around for 3 hours. Mind you this is $1200 a night ALL INCLUSIVE! The scam goes on. Went to have an “ inclusive drink” pre-dinner ( at 6:30 pm) I was told that I could only get an inclusive drink at dinner. $380/night for ALL INCLUSIVE does not include a drink pre-dinner. Scam operation. Abusive management. STAY FAR AWAY.

Nice property, close to Male so not a long stretch from the airport. Family friendly property. Good food and service options. One thing that stood out was the dramatic change in service as soon as weekend hit. The service levels dropped from being asked to requesting someone for things. It was very odd.

En general el hotel es muy agradable. Tiene fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto. Son muy organizados. Solo destacó que no hay personal alguno que hable español , eso determina que si o si el huésped deba hablar inglés fluido. Destacó la amabilidad de Anastasia, Eka y Razia que fueron muy amables con dos huéspedes de la otra parte del mundo. También agregaría que el hotel es muy tranquilo pero le falta más entretenimiento. Por la tarde cuando cae el sol y por la noche no hay mucho por hacer. Si son varios días de hospedaje uno se aburre. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención de los empleados también.
