Palazzi a Furano

“A beautiful resort surrounded by nature and one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The setting is peaceful, with easy access to Furano’s attractions, forests, onsen and walking trails. Waking up to the mountain views was a treat every morning. The hotel has a classic resort feel, a bit dated fixtures for the rooms but with good facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Not that near the hub of ‘town’ but all within short driving range.”

“The photos are accurate. The place is very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The parking spot fit a Toyota Noah van with maneuvering. Our family of 4 would come back. Two block walk from the river if you wanted a morning walk or jog along it. FYI the flight of stairs to living quarters is steep, narrow and approximately 20. You will need to be able to carry your suitcases up, especially difficult if large and heavy.”

“2 minutes walk from the station. A new hotel, very well maintained. Staff was very nice and could speak English. The room was larger than average Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen is good but not awesome. I recommend this hotel ”
