“スタッフの方は親切でした。ホテルは綺麗ですがとにかく古い。設備も古く、まさかのオートロックなし！セキュリティ的に不安に思います。ベッドのライトが1つ切れていました。洗面台の水の流れが悪く、水がたくさん溜まってしまいました。部屋のシャワールームに水滴がついていたこと、細かいかもしれませんが、ベッドの布団の上に何かの跡がついた状態だったことや、イスに大きなシミがあったことも残念に思いました。温泉も気持ちよかったし、お水の準備も良かったですが、これだけのお値段で残念に思う点が数々あると、再訪はないかなと思います。”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms and cozy lobby. Breakfast area was small but the selection is great. My kids love this hotel so much. Free wine tasting and laundry facilities. Only downside is the public bath is just hot water not natural hot spring water.”

“We loved this Swiss looking artsy hotel , with a beautiful lobby that you can roast marshmallows at by the fire pit indoors, some free beverages for guests in the afternoon , and many amenities you can take up to your room like fancy shampoos and hair masks.
