Entry is granted through an exclusive gate on the state road, leading to a privileged private parking area for 10 vehicles—a rare luxury on the Coast—connected to the villa by a scenic staircase. A private path, winding through the scents of Mediterranean flora and vibrant blooms, leads to the main entrance.

Services & Policy

To ensure excellence and maintain the property's standards, external catering or chefs are not permitted. Guests wishing to organize meals or events must rely exclusively on the villa’s dedicated chef and team.

• HOUSEKEEPING – daily cleaning (4 hours/day, 6 days/week).
• ESSENTIALS – two sets of bed and bath linens per week.

• LAUNDRY – self-service laundry facilities that include washer and dryer as well as ironing facilities.
• CONNECTIVITY – complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

• PARKING – private parking for up to 10 cars.
• POOL – private seawater pool, open from April 1st to September 30th. The pool is unavailable the rest of the year.

• PROVISIONS – food and beverage costs; shopping service available for an extra fee.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT – €1,000 cash deposit required upon arrival.
