“We loved the hotel...great amenities, friendly staff, clean and perfect central location to all the cute little towns along 30A! I left a piece of clothing in the room after checkout and they called to let me know...we were too far away to go back but they helped coordinate the shipping to get it back:) Would surely stay again!”

The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL”

The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to the beach, plus local cafes and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff - almost like part of the family! We're already planning a return trip to stay at the Pearl Hotel again later this year. ”

Il mare è a un miglio e mettono a disposizione la navetta per raggiungerlo, cosi come per andare a baytowne dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti . Il plus sono quello che ottieni grazie alla resort fees giornaliera di 20 dollari: 4 ore di bicicletta, una di tennis e una di kayak. Il paradiso”

“Excellent convo by the beach! Beautiful views from the moment you walk thru the door! Clean space, comfy beds, variety of seating ops. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice to have washer & dryer. Communication system w property mgmt is excellent. Only real issue was spotty cell service, but that’s the case all over the area & not at all fault of property mgr/owner, but noting for potential remote workers as may be challenging. Again, this is not something that can be “fixed”, but may impact working...

“Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!”
