“Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors.”

“Room was clean. Breakfast fell short of expectations. The yogurt machine never worked during our entire 4 night stay. The (1) pancake maker constantly either broke down or ran out of batter. Might get 2-4 very small pancakes. The lines for the pancakes gets long. My family's just said forget it one of those mornings and went next door to the Donut Hole for breakfast.”

“Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!”

“Upon arrival 4:45pm our room wasn’t ready when check in is at 4pm. We ended up checking in later in the evening and we didn’t have any bedding for the sofa couch. All the staff was helpful but nothing above and beyond. The facility was decent and breakfast was good. Our shower curtain was old and water ran all over the floor. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great location around everything we needed. We were there for a wedding. Beach was 10 mins mainly to find...

“I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites.”

“Massimo dei voti. Resort immerso in una mini cittadina chiusa al traffico esterno. Il mare è a un miglio e mettono a disposizione la navetta per raggiungerlo, cosi come per andare a baytowne dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti . Il plus sono quello che ottieni grazie alla resort fees giornaliera di 20 dollari: 4 ore di bicicletta, una di tennis e una di kayak. Il paradiso”

“No. Did not have breakfast. The top, room darkening shade would not open or close and was stuck 3/4 closed on day one. The room was dark and gloomy. My wife had to use a blanket (held up by draping over chairs) to provide a makeshift cover at night in order to keep passersby from seeing into the room. When maintenance opened it on day 2 of our visit, we still had to pull it down manually in order to close it at night. Since we were there only two days, this made for an unpleasant visit. ”

“The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. ”
