Hotel vicino a G.I. Museum - Ocean Springs

“I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay.”

“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were...

“TV had to be reset each evening by staff to work. Air conditioning was poor. Refrigerator not cold enough for soft drinks. Breakfast only fair.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.”

“Coffee and breakfast was not up to par”

“The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it.”

“The property was advertised as non-smoking but they have a room for a smokers so I do not know where the phrase. The only non-smoking property in Biloxi came from.”

“The room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We were able to check in late. They conveniently had a washer and dryer and convenience area where you could buy things like laundry detergent, snacks, and feminine items. The breakfast was very good, it included everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and cheddar bagels with cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, and butter to go along with it. They also had a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings such as glazed walnuts, raisins, and brown sugar....

“Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.”

“Hotel has lament floors, and we were having a hard time adjusting the room temperature a little warme,, so our feet felt damp walking around.”

“Everything about it was great. Rooms was unique and quiet. House was one of a kind. So many really good places to eat close.”

“The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!”
