“Room was dirty and had an odor in it of must Enes air-conditioning was working but the grate we’re gone to direct the air. There were no towels in the room, the bathroom bathtub was filthy and very slippery from possibly the shampoos and conditioners dripping onto the tub. I would not recommend anybody staying there and I’m very surprised that this hotel is on your list.”

“Well run and comfy. Nice staff. My only criticism is the bathroom, it’s just a preference really but I wish the bathroom in the King Deluxe had a shower instead of just the standard tub with curtain. ”

“The casino was the best in the area we stayed at 4 properties this trip. The check in service was exemplary. All interactions we had the staff was friendly.”

“There were shops close by, but we didn't stay long enough to enjoy them. The room was very dusty. The tub was rusting. There were stains on the sleeper sofa. We would never book at this location again. ”

“First let me mention the staff. The lady at the front desk was absolutely the best. She wears a lot of hats. Front desk and the coffee and snack area. She makes the place. She was incredible. Location was great. This place is nice. However the parking wasn't great to the entrance and the carpet in the elevators, the hallways and the rugs in our room looked ready to be either replaced or steamed. It was a good bit nasty. Only a portion of the shower head worked. ”

“The beds were horrible. The platform that the mattresses were on was of some type of metal and every time you turned, it would make a noise like you had kicked it. The staff were not very friendly at all. It was almost as if, we were a bother to them. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. We had my 9 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons with us. I would not stay here again. ”

“Right next to the train tracks. Expect sleep interruptions. No check-in desk, no staff - more like an Air BnB. Shared terrace with many of the second floor rooms. No place to eat breakfast. Would not stay there again.”

“Pay the extra $10+ and GO ELSEWHERE. Luckily for us, it was just for a night’s sleep. Sink didn’t drain, so we were forced to hand wash/brush teeth in the bathtub. Cockroach crawling on wall near tv area, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned and poorly maintained as it was icing over in the freezer unit. Parking lot is a crazy cluster ***k. Not sure why Wyndham would put their name behind this location. Will not recommend. ”
