“There were shops close by, but we didn't stay long enough to enjoy them. The room was very dusty. The tub was rusting. There were stains on the sleeper sofa. We would never book at this location again. ”

“House keeper didn’t wanna give any towels or trash bags….. told us we was no on there list…. The bed had hair in it…. The breakfast was poor.”

“Room was dirty and had an odor in it of must Enes air-conditioning was working but the grate we’re gone to direct the air. There were no towels in the room, the bathroom bathtub was filthy and very slippery from possibly the shampoos and conditioners dripping onto the tub. I would not recommend anybody staying there and I’m very surprised that this hotel is on your list.”

“The beds were horrible. The platform that the mattresses were on was of some type of metal and every time you turned, it would make a noise like you had kicked it. The staff were not very friendly at all. It was almost as if, we were a bother to them. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. We had my 9 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons with us. I would not stay here again. ”

“Well run and comfy. Nice staff. My only criticism is the bathroom, it’s just a preference really but I wish the bathroom in the King Deluxe had a shower instead of just the standard tub with curtain. ”

“Property was close to all good shops and things to do, very pet friendly 🐾🐾 my room was clean and the lobby was very inviting for coffee and breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“First let me mention the staff. The lady at the front desk was absolutely the best. She wears a lot of hats. Front desk and the coffee and snack area. She makes the place. She was incredible. Location was great. This place is nice. However the parking wasn't great to the entrance and the carpet in the elevators, the hallways and the rugs in our room looked ready to be either replaced or steamed. It was a good bit nasty. Only a portion of the shower head worked. ”

“I was happy with the choice I made. Clean room and public areas. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly. Front desk exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Will stay there again.”

“The staff were great. The room wasn’t bad. Unfortunately the ice machine didn’t work had to go next door. The ac/heat unit the heat wasn’t working blew out cold air. Not much for breakfast so luckily we were able to go next door and have breakfast. ”
