“Room was dated, rundown with sheets that smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Parking was less than ideal.”

“I am extremely disappointed with Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that it was sold out no rooms available. I told them I had an Expedia reservation and the attendant said Expedia already knows we are sold out yet they keep making reservations. Other nearby hotels were also sold out making me spend the night at a truck stop due to Expedia's deceiving business. Extremely disappointed customer, Amador Velasquez”

“We absolutely loved our stay! Despite the hotel being extremely busy with the rodeo weekend, the staff was exceptionally friendly.”

“The hallway was dirty leading to the room. Our sheets were dirty. (They did offer a new room and changed the sheets upon request. I just feel like the room should be clean and ready for you when you arrive.The bathroom floor was dirty. It appeared maybe there had been some work done under the sink and maybe they forgot to clean up after. There were no wash cloths and no bath mat.”

“All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.”
