Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. “Absolutely magnificent hotel! The staff are so helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is divine! We ate many meals here because the food is so good! Central heating takes the chill off, in the room. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The rainfall shower is hot the bathroom big and clean.
