Bella Lakehouse con molo privato sul lago Apple Canyon!

The Ho Hum East è una bellissima casa sul lago con molo privato sull'incontaminato lago di Apple Canyon! La casa è così chiamata in onore dei miei nonni che gestivano il Ho Hum Motel a Denison, in Iowa :)

Questo è un posto dove rilassarsi, rilassarti e divertirti in famiglia! La casa dispone di tutti i materassi nuovi di zecca e può ospitare fino a 12 persone. Grande spazio di vita aperto che è grande per intrattenere, avvolgente intorno alla piattaforma dove si può godere di una vista mozzafiato sul lago, così come un grande cortile con grill a gas.

Fascino di Lake House con tutti i comfort necessari per un weekend indimenticabile. Il molo privato è ottimo per nuotare o pescare. La casa ha anche una barca a remi da 4 posti e un kayak stand up che può essere utilizzato. Ci sarà un pozzo del fuoco a partire dal 1 ° maggio. Questo è un lago privato quindi non è possibile portare la propria barca, ma è disponibile il noleggio di barche attraverso il porto turistico, oppure è possibile prenotare un giro in barca di 2 ore attraverso di me.

We really enjoyed this very clean house. Kids and I loved playing in the water none stop. Went to the pool one day and all were happy with the diving board. Nice evening sitting by the water with a fire going. Thank you for a great time.

This place was perfect for our getaway! Property manager was amazing, explained everything, checked on how our stay was, the house was so clean, everything was very well stocked, and let’s not forget the amazing views of the lake and the amazing patio on the lake! I would most certainly go back here! Our group had so much fun!

Took my son and his friend for a quick fishing trip on the lake and we loved it. It was clean, roomy, they had beautiful access to the water and just overall a really good time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

This is a great place to vacation with family and friends. The lakefront landing is gorgeous and had plenty of room for fishing, dining, bonfires, and a dock for all lake activities!

We had a great time at the ACL house. The house was beautiful; we were able to house all of our family easily. The dock and shoreline were nice. We were able to use existing water toys and our own easily.

I rented this property for a girls weekend with a few friends. The property is beautiful and the home is cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. We drove to the waterfall nearby, definitely a must see if you stay here.

The house and property were great! The only thing was there was construction going on in the yard by the lake. The property manager was quick to answer our concerns and did refund us for the two hours we couldn’t use the lake access due to the construction. Overall a really great house and property!

The house was in a great spot for us as we have family with a home at Apple Canyon but they couldn’t accommodate all the relatives , we were only 6 minutes away from them so easy to go back and forth. Nice quite part of the lake. The house was well equipped and they had many water toys to use. The girls enjoyed the paddle board . It was nice swimming off the pier . When we were there it was extremely hot and humid and the only complaint would be the bedroom in the loft gets really hot . They did provide fans which helped. They were having landscaping done but it didn’t affect our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. They had a nice information board in the house with everything we needed to know .

We had been at this the previous year and picked this specific property out due to its private dock and lake front since we have small grandchildren. There was no dock and no access to the lake from this property and the owner was unaware of this. He graciously let us use another dock but was not suitable for small children due to large rocks and slippery getting in and out for our grandchildren so very disappointed in that regard. I do not think that $500 per night should be charged since there was no lake access. That was the whole point of renting this specific property....have a dock with a ladder for small children to get in and out.
