“Pool and hot tub were not working. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We heard everything above and around us, kept us up all night.”

“Stayed at this hotel multiple times and I don’t have usually have any issues. Their elevator was under maintenance this time but they can’t really help that. Super nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms and breakfast was good. Had multiple options”

“The hotel is obviously mature but isn’t one of those cheap wood frame hotels going up everywhere. It is very well maintained and the staff were absolutely top shelf. The location was off the strip but everything we come to Branson for is an easy drive from there. Will definitely be back.”

“All and all the hotel was great. The pool is smaller than pictured. And with the amount of people in the hotel I would just avoid it on busy weekends. But the staff was amazing. The room was comfy everything worked as it should. The staff was super helpful with booking shows and events for us even at a discounted price. All in all a great time”

“My wife is diabetic. The refrigerator and freezer were not working properly. In the bathroom, when washing our hands and brushing our teeth, the water pressure was severely weak, almost to a slow drip barely running. We thought maybe just do to the long day. My wife tried to shower that evening the 22nd of May and was afraid the water pressure would not rinse her completely. I showered the next morning the 23rd and had the same experience both shower and sink. Thank you”
