The staff at the dock acted like it was their first day except for Asia. She was great at what she does. This isn’t the resorts fault but during our stay the kids were a big problem. “Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

“I highly recommend this for a family with younger kids so you can maximize use of the amenities. The pool is under Construction so we had no use of any of the water features and that’s OK for us, but it was an impact to the property. There’s ongoing construction, but I’m sure it will be better when it’s over in our room and the activity center itself were both better than expected. I would stay here again and recommend it for travelers.”

“We stayed at one of the Villas on property and were absolutely blown away with how nice it was. It was clean and there is definitely an attention to detail. Service was exceptional. I would absolutely love to stay again and it would be a wonderful place for a family vacation. 10 out of 10.”
