“Crap stain in toilet that would not flush away. Room had musty odor. Everything else was fine.”

“The room was functional & minimally furnished. The air conditioner was nice to have & easy to use. Unfortunately, we got a room right across from the elevator & it’s not a quiet area. There was a considerable gap in the door frame & allowed a lot of light into the room. The mattress was also in need of replacement & was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good & water was hot. The breakfast options were a good selection.”

“If you’re looking for an extended-stay hotel, this is a solid and affordable option. If you’re just passing through for a single night, I’d probably spend a little extra and look elsewhere. The rooms are modern, clean, and include a kitchen, which is great in theory. “Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. “You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....
