“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

“Great location. Easy on/off to I-49. Room was very clean. Great to have a microwave & a frig! We were in town for a funeral and I needed a bed for an additional family member. There were no cots so we had to pay for an additional room. The price is super reasonable though.”

“Room air conditioner was not working properly; they don't replenish toiletries. Breakfast area has one table of four that is very close to a bathroom; so it a little obnoxious. They forget to put new towels so you have to ask them. Not much other options in this town so it is what it is.”

“The room had stains on the wall. The bedding had cigarette holes, given that it was a smoking room but c'mon! The shower head was awful and the water wasn't very hot. Now, let me tell you about the worst part, I have bites from head to toe. My face, shoulders, back of legs and feet. Bed bug bites!!! We had to wash and dry everything on high heat for 2 hours.
