“Beautiful hotel with a fabulous courtyard around the pool and hot tub with outside seating and tables. Room was spotless. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Loved the fact there was a pizza place right inside the hotel because it was late when I checked in and I hadn't eaten yet so it was very convenient to order dinner there. Breakfast was outstanding! Great selection of hot food plus make your own waffles and fresh fruit. Best La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at!”

“The pictures are very misleading. The lobby is fine but the rooms need some work. There were several places where paint or furniture was chipping, cracks in ceiling, etc. The worst part was the bed. It was on some sort of metal base so anytime you get up or even roll over, it would make the loudest sound. It was impossible to sleep on. “I booked through Expedia, I paid $80 minus a $20 key credit for a last minute room. I chose a pet friendly hotel. I searched on Expedia and tried to search for the rules of a pet fee. I definitely had a sticker shock of $80 pet fee. Then a $50 damage fee in advance. I was given room 149 and upon entering I immediately noticed the carpet was torn, damaged and had some food crumbs on it. I checked out the bathroom and there is a spider and web. “The cable was out the whole time I was there. Terrible experience.”

“The first room I was given had not been refreshed. The second room was comfortable enough but the bathroom floor needs deep cleaning of the grouting and the bathtub looked dirty. “I cannot give enough kudos To the Fairfield Staff on Joplin. On Friday Night, June 26th, my wife fell at a Webb City Trstaurant. We transported her to Mercy Hospital. She sustained Broken Hip. She had Rmergency Hip Replacement Surgery on Saturday. She remained in the Hospital until Tuesday the 30th. I drove her home to Kansas City. She is in a Rehab Center. She is recovering.
