Hotel a Jane

“No elevator. Carpet grungy looking. Room depressing. We didn't even stay the night.”

“Well. We rented the room bc we were camping over at Indian creek .. I’m getting older and after a float I want a cold room n comfortable clean bed.. we floated. We came back to the room. “Room wasn't bad, sheets were clean which is most important to us. One bed had a broken leg and would teeter back and forth but with only our son on the good side, it stayed in place. Yes we attempted to use their phone to call and ask us to switch rooms but the room phone wasn't working either. TV was a trick to figure out how to get it to work properly (I'm even very technology saavy) so a note for future guest might be nice. Bed was comfy, bathroom water was wet and cleansed us the next...

“Nice property. Superb location. We walked to the square/ Walmart Museum, dinner Onyx etc. BE ALERT, though. THIS IS A CONCEPT HOTEL. Our bed was a murphy bed from the wall. The room was small– no issue– but obviously the mattress is different and there is no space on one side. Two small "wet" compartments: one WC, the other shower. Imagine closets. Not for everyone, but maybe for longer stay folks working with Walmart. Super cool, but not the most comfortable.”

“No hot water for the showers the first morning. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. Toilet paper was single ply and rough. No milk for cereal the first morning Staff was very pleasant.”

“I requested 2 queen beds per room. We had two rooms. When we got there they didn’t have any left. Only single queen beds with a sofa bed or a King size bed. Didn’t know why our rooms weren’t reserved like requested? Was it because we went through Expedia?”

“Everything was good. My contact with Jeremy was excellent. The bathroom facilities smelled a little, but the room was great!”
