“My children had a blast! They didn't want to leave the hotel! We arrived very late due to weather and traffic. I was able to message the hotel directly to let them know our eta. They responded quickly to the message. On arrival they were able to quickly check us in (plus it was during a bad thunderstorm.) “Where to begin! The ice machine in the lobby spits ice all over the floor. The entire building smells like cigarette smoke. 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 thin towels, filthy bathroom. The walls were splattered with who knows what. The window air conditioner was very loud and didn’t cool the room. Maybe 32in tv. Bed sheets had stains.
