Hotel vicino a Galleria at Tyler - Riverside

“It appeared clean until you settle in. The towels were crunchy and stained. The power button on air conditioner broken. I was afraid I’d get electrocuted. One tiny bar of soap to wash hands. Then we were awoken at 1:30 am by a man clearly on drugs. Knocking on our door then talking to himself. Did not make for a comfortable night at all. Called front desk and they did send someone, security, to send him away. Pay the extra money for a better place”

“Front staff were great, it was the cleaning crew who had attitudes. They get mad for leaving trash in room or it not been tid”

“Negativa, e mai andrò’ più’.. svegliata più volte per urla e schiamazzi, trovati scarafaggi nella stanza e bagno.. la porta non si chiudeva con la chiave, la tv no. Funzionava. Per non parlare della colazione inesistente!! E sulla loro pagina ingannano scrivendo che c è colazione inclusa. ”

“The property was dirty. Bed was not comfortable at all. The shower knob was broken. 4 floors with no elevator. Staff was banging on the door 2 hours before check out time. Maybe I would give it a half star because it did have a Jacuzzi Tub but I still didn't use it because there were roaches in it. It was the worst stay, I would not recommend this hotel at all.”

“Great stay we weren’t in the room too long as we were at a wedding party and just needed somewhere to sleep for the nite. But loved the 50s themed decor ”

“Very clean and friendly staff.”

“Second around here and this hotel is always clean nice and staff is very helpful and friendly”
