“What a beautiful and historic hotel. If you need to be in Riverside, California or are passing by, I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are simply beautiful. Enjoyed the fitness center and the pool/hot tub seemed nice too. We ate at multiple restaurants on the property and the food was delicious. “I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The bed bugs were so bad that I couldn’t sleep. On the second day, the air conditioning didn’t work either. They should refund half of the stay”

“It's good for the price we paid. It's dated. The rooms were semi-clean. Worn carpet. One of the beds was unusable. The mattress was very old.”

“Mattress was out of a horror movie, it had yellow, black,red,brown etc. stains. A lot of hair debris on the sheets and bathroom. It had an odd smell. We had to relocate to a less filthy room, worse hotel experience I ever had.”

“OK hotel for a brief stay in the area, nearby supermarkets, gas station, few restaurants. The hotel is quiet. Free parking on site. Good for business travelers or those who visit friends and family in the area. Definitely not a tourist destination.”

The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars.
