“The Mission Inn is a beautiful historic hotel. It has recently changed ownership so as the hotel changed hands, a couple things fell to disrepair or need. The jacuzzi was closed for repair or cleaning, there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bar and in our room. “June 9th, I stayed overnight. A man was helpful in suggesting a nice dinner & drink. Next morning I paid twice for parking. Once in the front lobby and as I drove off the garage. I called the June 11th around 7:15am and a rude female was rushing off the phone when I was trying to leave a message for the supervisor. I have yet to receive a phone call.”

“I booked this hotel expecting to experience something close to the 7/10 the booking website gave it; something akin to a Comfort Inn, or a Best Western. Although booking was easy and staff were super nice, the actual quality of the hotel left something to be desired. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars.
