Hotel vicino a California Museum of Photography - Riverside

“The staff was very friendly at the front desk. The pool was nice. You can get pool towels at the front desk. Everything was really clean. I just wish the windows opened in the room so some fresh air could circulate. There were some microwaveable dinner options at the little store by the front desk. We didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast because a huge group was staying there and we didn’t have time to wait in line for 30 people since we had to catch our flight, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault....

“I do not recommend this place. I saw it online and thought it looked like a very beautiful spot—ideal for resting—but that was not the case. The person staying next to my room played music all night long. I went to the front desk and told them what was happening, but they never did anything about it. I couldn't sleep because the guy didn't finally fall asleep until 5:30 a.m.”

“Much nicer than we thought it would be. The rooms are spacious, staff are great and the pool area was nice. Our room was at the back and a bit dark, would have preferred a room overlooking the pool. Did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.”

“Check in was supposed to be at 3pm , our room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. We waited quite a bit. The room was old and smelled. The person at the front was rude and unfriendly. She wasn’t sorry at all and was not sympathetic. The bed was old and uncomfortable all you’ll feel is the spring of the bed. The iron board as broken inside the cabinet which fell from my sa after when she passed it. The shower was so bad and dirty”

“Mysterious purple stain on our bedsheets upon arrival & a hole kicked into our restroom door. Our nextdoor neighbor has been checked into the hotel for more than 500 days and was screaming throughout the day and night. We did notify staff but they did not move our room or give us any compensation for the disturbance during our stay.”

“Got 2 rooms. Second room wasn’t clean, looked like someone just left the room. First room had Holes in the blankets… and found cockroaches crowding on the room and shower walls. Desk clerk inexperienced, and Security guard was friendly though.”
