“It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay.”

“Conoscevamo la struttura perché siamo stati diverse volte nello stesso Hotel dal 2014 fino al 2020, ma in questo ultimo soggiorno ho notato un peggioramento: la struttura non è aggiornata e gli anni si sentono; contrariamente a quanto accadeva prima la pulizia non è impeccabile infatti sebbene avessimo chiesto di rifare giornalmente la stanza le pulizie sono state eseguite solo una volta in 3 giorni; la posizione è sicuramente comoda per la vicinanza con i mezzi di trasporto e con il centro. “Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. “Soggiornato con famiglia tra cui due bambini. Personale molto disponibile, appartamento pulito e ben organizzato. C'era tutto l'indispensabile per la cucina e la pulizia. Nei dintorni c'è un tesco express per la spesa e 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro di Canary Wharf. La prendereml sicuramente in considerazione nel caso dovessimo tornare a Londra.”

However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working!
