“it was a strange place to stay, i didnt find the staff overly friendly, a bit odd in their approach to service in term”

“Not vey clean. Especially the gym which was in poor conditions.”

“Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head.”

“Lovely big clean room bar the smell of fresh paint as you walked in and the bathroom door sticking. All the staff were lovely though and plenty of parking spaces plus a a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. Lots of other eateries if you so wished within a 2 to 5 minute radius too and the Aston Moss tram stop which will get you to Co-op Live Arena / The Etihad stadium and beyond about a 10 minite walk away.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )”

“First of all when entering the hotel bad smells like cooking food no fresh air is not fear the price so expensive for that room I am not happy”

“The stay was great but the streaky bacon on the English breakfast was far too fatty, need to serve back bacon. The filtered coffee became to cold to soon. Not worth £24 per head. Didn’t eat mine as the maple cured fatty streaky bacon along with cool coffee pint me off”

“We didn't take up our booking because we were advised by our friends and relatives (one is a member of the local constabulary) who live locally that the hotel is filthy, poorly managed and used more as a hostel for undesirables. We were advised not to stay there, consequently we didn't even see the establishment so cannot confirm whether that is the case.”

“La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, il frigo bar molto ben fornito, anche se gli ultimi due giorni non è stato ripristinato quanto avevamo consumato. La colazione molto soddisfacente, buona varietà di cibo salato con delle uova in camicia semplicemente eccezionali!! Il vero punto forte è però il personale. Nella sala colazione abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Paulo, che è stato estremamente gentile e piacevole. Ore dopo il check-out, poi, abbiamo scoperto di aver lasciato nella...
