“The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement and were tattily drawn which looked a mess. The bathroom only had one narrow shelf above the toilet which meant there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Finally thought paying £10 per night for car...

“Excellent location ( near to town centre and promenade).
Air conditioned rooms ( now essential ! ). The whole hotel coped well with hot weather.
Attentive and professional staff throughout.
Sea view rooms face North so they avoid heat for most of the day.”

“Very nice building, in a central position. You can easily walk to all the destinations in Wrexham and/or easily get to the train station and bus station. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, perfectly cooked and served. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Hugely recommended if you’re planning to visit Wrexham.”
