“The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. “Stayed overnight here. Nice room with everything in it and clean. Bed was good size. . Great view from the 10th floor. Plenty of elevators. We got a helpful young lady and reception. Beds even have a USB port beside it. Our GPS took us to the opposite side of the street and couldn’t find the way around town and all the one way streets to get there. “Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, ”
