“È la seconda volta che prenoto questo hotel, soprattutto per la sua posizione strategica e la facilità con cui è possibile raggiungere i luoghi di interesse.
Il personale è molto cortese; desidero fare una menzione speciale a Chiara, Event Manager, una professionista instancabile, competente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e attenzione.
Le camere sono spaziose, ma iniziano a mostrare i segni del tempo. La moquette andrebbe rinnovata e anche il bagno potrebbe...

“The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff!
The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa.
A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade.
The breakfast - distinctly average for the price and...

“The hotel is tired and has an overwhelming smell of stale smoke in the hallways and bedrooms. Staff were friendly but miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, meant that requests were missed or forgotten. Best bit of the hotel is the bar and outdoor terrace. The pool was lovely but the changing rooms were not. Definitely gives off conference vibes - would not stay there for pleasure.”

“The windows were dirty and the paints coming out, I stayed for three days and they didn't change the bed, I have to as for towels and shower gels at the evening because nonone is there in the morning, There was no plague on the other side of the bed so you have to move the head lamp to the other side of the bed.......”

“All in all this was a decent stop. The hotel is basic but clean. It's central to everything. Staff were pleasant.
It's not 4star experience but you're not paying 4 star prices.
I was happy with my stay.”
