Hotel vicino a Galveston County Fairgrounds - Hitchcock

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“Not your average motel 6 , Very clean . Modern style hotel . Beds are a lil thin but still comfortable enough to sleep in . Overall a good experience. ”

“Lots of parking, ac work perfectly, staff is also very friendly. While it’s not a 5 star hotel it’s still very good for the price. I does lack amenities but it’s not much of a problem for me. I will definitely continue to stay here for my monthly work visit ”

“This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we...

“This hotel was so clean. Smells great when you walk in. Everything was good”

“The room had a bad smell, there were cockroaches, the toilet didnt work well, the curtain was broken, the staff on check in was not very nice, but the checkout staff was very polite”

“The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable. No complaints. ”

“You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!”

“Clean room. Coffee maker did not work. Spa was not heated. Breakfast was good. Super packed but staff did a good job in refilling food. Staff was hit or miss. Check in staff was grumpy but check out staff was very friendly and personable. ”

“This is the only hotel I stay will stay at when visiting Texas City. Its older but I dont have to deal with alot of guest, animals, or children running the halls. Hotel is clean and decent. ”
